trauma-informed support for anxiety, eating disorders, relationship patterns, and mood challenges
who i help
You may be a good fit for therapy with me if you are:
-
high-achieving and hard on yourself
-
struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or perfectionism
-
feeling stuck in painful patterns around food, body image, or control
-
repeating relationship dynamics that leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or not enough
-
carrying emotional pain while still functioning well on the surface

Specialties
areas i specialize in
eating disorders + body image
If your relationship with food, movement, or your body has become stressful, consuming, or difficult to manage alone, therapy can help you build a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with yourself.
anxiety + perfectionism
Anxiety does not always look like falling apart. Sometimes it looks like overfunctioning, overthinking, people-pleasing, and never feeling like you can fully relax. Therapy can help you understand what is driving that pressure and learn how to feel more grounded.
relationship patterns + attachment wounds
You may notice that relationship pain follows you, even when the people or circumstances change. Together, we can explore attachment wounds, emotional patterns, and ways of relating that no longer serve you.
what therapy with me is like
my approach
My approach is relational, compassionate, and insight-oriented while also being practical. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, emotionally focused work, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches to help you better understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.

I do not believe healing has to come through shame or pressure. Therapy can be a space where you feel deeply understood while also being gently challenged toward the life and relationships you want.
